Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases, and most items are returnable for thirty days after purchase (see exceptions below). If you wish to return an item, we will be happy to accept the return within thirty days of the purchase date and will either exchange the item or refund you for the purchase price. The following conditions apply:

The item must be in re-sellable condition, with no marks, folds, creases, or any other kind of visible wear and tear.
Please call (1-866-647-7377), email (press@pdx.edu), or fax (503-725-4715) us with your name, address, phone number, and invoice number before shipping your return. Occasionally we receive returns for items that a customer purchased from another vendor.
Software, and VHS and DVD videos are not returnable. If an item is defective, please contact us for a replacement.
The cost of shipping a return is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that you choose a shipping method that offers delivery confirmation and insurance.
