A Guide to Oregon's New Reading Standards 6-CIM is a resource for middle and high school teachers who are committed to improving student achievement in reading. A joint effort of the Multnomah ESD and Portland State University’s Center for Student Success this guide is designed to assist educators in teaching the skills required for 21st Century student success.
